I made a pdf wich contains some statistics about which Functions are the most prevalent an in which sex.... (according to a survey about which types are most probable)

Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?59hry62askqgo0n

Some results:

Fe + Te + Ti: No suprise here. Fe is "steroetypical female" and Te and Ti are "stereotypical male" (Ti more so than Te)

Fi: there are just about 25% more women with Fi than men with Fi. Interesting

Ne + Se: They are evenly distributed among both sexes.

Si + Ni: Slightly more women with Si than men (maybe 10%, may also be a statistical inaccuracy), but lots more men with Ni than women (25-75 percent more)

The greatest difference is with Fe (120% more women than men), Te (~100% more men than women) and Ti (~150% more men than women); just as expected.
