Alright so lately I've been a BIT obsessed with the Office -- almost as much as I've been with MBTI lately. I seriously watched all five seasons in the matter of weeks... uh... ENFP with no social life here atm... strangeyyy.
So I dunno if there are any other threads like this somewhere, but I looked and didn't find one -- so here are my personal guesses at which types each person is. The office is such a fun show to do this with...
Micheal Scott: very delusional ESFP (some may argue ENFP, but I'm thinking he's not... intuitive enough of course. Or clever enough, may be another word...)
Jan: ESTJ, THE EXECUTIVE. Nothing more that needs to be said...
Jim: ENTP (?) charming.... witty... clever 
Pam: ISFJ, and quite certain on this one. She often lets herself get taken advantage of and doesn't say what she needs to say (moreso in the first few seasons before she was with Jim 
Dwight: ESTJ
Angela: VERY VERY VERY ISTJ. Tightly wound cat lady? she's the epitome of ISTJ.... I don't understand those people.. OMG remember that episode where she seriously licked her own cat?? HAHAHAHAHHAA anyway....
ANDY: ExFx, He seriously might be ESFP too... Anyone else got any guesses?
Oscar: IxxJ, possible INTJ on our hands?
Kevin: xSxJ
Holly: ENFP!!! I seriously think she was the show's only ENFP! And I think thats kinda why they got along so well -- because no one else could really put up with/get along with/be as crazy as Micheal...
Kelly: ESFJ... typical girl with girly ESFJ-y ideals
