So, since my Mom is a Registered Dietician and I still live at home, I hear about this alot... But anywho, I was wondering, what is your diet like? Mine is probably average, I can't cook very much (yay for grilled cheese, eggs and canned food), I usually go for what's convenient (aka eating out more than I should), and I can't eat the same thing every day. So, what sort of 'food habits' do YOU have? |

My ENFP-ness died once over, and I ressucitated it with black coffee....which made me eat meat, which makes me stiff, which makes me drink coffee, which in turn makes me eat more meat....then I turn to scrumpy for real sanity...yeeehh |

I'm so very lazy. The only meal I ever prepared that isn't from a box or frozen is pasta. If I'm in the mood or feel inclined to do something special for someone, I can be motivated to surprise them...usually that's baking, though. I prefer making a cake to making a meal. In my nutrition class, we had to keep track of everything we ate for a week, then entered it into a calculator that told us the nutritional content for the week. I think I had about 300% sodium, 200% sugar, 15% protein, and 10% iron...everything else was about right. >.> I loves me salt, but I could use more meat. |

I generally keep a balanced diet, but I don't seem to be eating enough because I'm underweight at the moment. I see food as a bit of a chore. |

My diet is soo strange. Up until I was about 11, I lived off of hot dogs, pizza, and spaghetti, with some eggs or pancakes in there, I think, too. I hated most "real" meat and vegetables. I also enjoyed fruit and breads and stuff, but didn't tend to make meals out of them. Then I was out at a restaurant one day, and spur of the moment decided to order some prime rib. I haven't the slightest idea why, but for some reason my parents' description of the steak just sounded great to me. So from about 11-20, I ate very little but meat. I went through hamburgers, steaks, lamb, goat, chicken, fish, shrimp, etc. If it had parents, I liked it. Vegetables were still an absolute "no", although I still liked fruits and breads and stuff.... but again, I can't really make meals out of them. I can pretty much eat fruit all day long and never get full. Recently, however, my body has just started to reject meat. I can put a steak into my mouth, and my body literally wants to spit it back up. It's unfortunate, because my taste for vegetables still hasn't developed. I tried some broccoli the other day, and while I could force it down, it was pretty gross and made me feel a little sick. This might turn into a serious problem if I can't find anything else to rely on for food... but nothing seems to be stepping up to fill the gap. Right now I'm still pretty much relying on steak, chicken, spaghetti, and frozen pizzas... but when I go back to school, I'll be able to eat mexican burritos and indian stuff on campus, which will make it better. The spices in indian food make the chicken still taste good, despite it being chicken... so hopefully that'll work. |

I love to cook & try out new recipes. I generally eat healthy on my own, but eat whatever in social situations....which is bad when there are a lot of social events... |

I'm a vegetarian I have crazy phases with foods when I will eat the same thing everyday for a week or two, then won't eat it for years because I have found a couple other phases in the mean time (Nutella with a spoon atm ftw) xxx |
