I moved back to Australai and I am now the CEO of a porn star industry, making a few million a year. And yes, most of my "secretaries" are ENFP's. There's your story.

Well genius, arses is the Australian and European (including Great Britain particularly)   way of spelling 'asses'. You would understand that if you had a common knowledge of other countries than your own.

Ah I see thanks for the input. Also, I don't really have "common knowledge" since it doesn't interest me. I like the "uncommon" things, the weird things or things that interest me. As I said, I don't care much on profanity so I wouldn't know how it is said in different cultures. I also find it interesting (if that is true) that you're a CEO of a porn star industry. I can only imagine that you enjoy your job. Well then again as CEO I take it you don't get to see the ladies too much?

I do not see how anyone could get offended, and if they do please tell me who they are so they don't bitch behind my back. I'm an upfront person, and I'd respect others who do the same. Ok I will look at the rules, I think I've been a pretty great guy on this forum so I will take a look though just in case.

I am defensive about my job, because many people are judgemental towards it. Many people are unaware of the creativity and commitment required in the porn industry. Once again, I do not believe you should publicly criticize my job and my past job as this is what makes confrontations, and I will try and be mature and move on which I believe you, as a moderator on the ENFP Forum, should have done a long time ago.

Okay I am going to try and tone it down a little, I do not believe I was a "jerk" to any members but I will take your advice and the other guy who complained about me's advice and act a bit less like myself, a bit more "NF."

You won't find much in the way of criticism or judgment here - disbelief, curiosity, and "O.o huh", yes.... (Psyko's reaction is an example of the first). It might be interesting if you start a thread offering to answer any questions people might have about the business end of your job (and no, that's not innuendo). Up to you, though.

Relax, man, and take criticism for what it is.... it's not an attack (the irony of an NF telling someone else that is immense, btw). No one's asking you to change who you are, just to be aware that what you type doesn't translate the same way that conversation does - there are no inflections or body language cues to go on. >.> That's one of the reasons some of us go heavy on emoticons....or cat pictures and gifs. XD

I can take criticism well, but you make judgements towards me, I make em back is all I can say.

Yeah I understand many of you love your cat gifs and stuff, that is what makes this forum so unusual. But it is still kind of interesting.

Thanks, though I have felt rather "depressed" about myself... 

Stage 1: A catalyst of some sort. The mastering of a topic (elaboration later); writer's block; and chronic-stress-out-ness can be catalysts. The INTP starts getting a bit antsy.

Stage 2: If the INTP can't fix the catalyst problem, they aren't going to want someone else to help. They don't want to bother people, and they certainly don't want people "being nice to them." They'd rather fix themselves. After all, they're good at logically fixing any system, so shouldn't their own emotions be a fairly easy repair? Even if they know that emotions aren't systematical, they'll use this as an excuse. They begin to abhor the emotional non-control and irrationality.

Stage 3: The INTP is visibly down. They're moody and particularly introverted. While their logic and introversion have kept emotions out of sight this far, the INTP suddenly doesn't care about keeping emotions concealed. Yet they still don't want to talk about things, and anyone who tries to get them to speak is going to lose respect points with them. They'll become even more snappy and sarcastic than they usually are, and it's not meant as humor.

Stage 4: Melancholy. The INTP becomes extremely cynical now. They may bury themselves in work or distractions, but will avoid people at all costs. The healthy INTP is introverted but not antisocial; Stage Fours may be both.

Stage 5: May enjoy making fun of other people or insulting people's intelligence, even if they admire the people they insult. May start hostile arguments, not as sport but for stress relief. May hide behind books, work or distractions more thoroughly. Wants to deny that emotions are present. Apathy spiral of not caring and seriously caring begins.

Stage 6: Will continue to make mouthy remarks, or sulk. May declare the universe defunct in a million ways and proclaim to self how it *should* be. Probably lonely, extremely stressed, and VERY frustrated that s/he can't control emotions.

Stage 7: May try to adopt a new hobby, but in the end shun it as frivolous. May--GASP--go on Facebook and try to anonymously declare their emotions. O.o Will try to look for an outlet for the stress. Probably angry, mostly at themselves. They'll be trying to Fix things again.

Stage 8: Apathy. Towards everything, including life/death itself. But the apathy makes the depression worse, as the INTP can't handle not caring about what s/he cares about, especially if s/he is apathetic toward intellectual things that were previously an obsession. People? What people? Nobody else exists, nothing but the INTP and his misery.

Stage 9: You have a maniac on your hands, basically. A genius maniac, with no care towards anyone or anything, except perhaps an instinctive urge at least not to harm a select few. Perhaps a parent, sibling, spouse, or best--BEST--friend will be spared. What bothers the INTP the most (or what is left of the INTP) is how little they're thinking anymore. It's alien, and they hate it with the hate that's typically reserved for only Facebook.

Stage 10: You know of any INTPs who have made it this far without committing suicide? You know just as well as I do that we can survive for about thirty seconds without a steady stream of thought.

Healing: Well, I don't know. INTPs probably need the one person they trust, to express *ugh* their feelings toward. That person needs to be an ear, and a tape recorder saying "You're a brilliant person, and you shouldn't let yourself go like this. I've seen you on your worst days as well as your best, and I could rattle off dozens of instances that prove my point." Those two sentences, spoken honestly and at the right point, are enough to make an INTP almost tear up. That person can't be pushy, and they can't immediately fall sobbing at the INTP's feet after hearing their sob story. Anyone who starts getting overly emotional is going to lose their respect. The person needs to keep a fairly cool head here.
