What if you could somehow reprogram your brain so that it could pick up on different radio frequencies? That way, when you're trying to sleep, you could tune your brain and scroll through the radio stations that were playing and find some classical music station. Because I don't want to waste electricity and have it keep playing after I've fallen asleep.

Yoplait Whip! is a certain kind of yogurt that's infused with bubbles or something. xD It certainly seems that way. It's got a very light, fluffy texture. I quite like it.

Haha, no, sometimes we have hot dogs and chicken nuggets. Although today we're getting baked potatoes.

O.O Classical music helps you sleep when your Ne won't shut off too? I always thought I was weird that way, especially since any other music or background noise keeps me awake.

Bahaha, really? I tend to listen to NPR, although sometimes that droning voice keeps me awake.

Ne for the win!

I hear that not shutting off your computer for the night wastes as much electricity as making a coffee for 63 people.

Wish I had some of that mighty Ne.

I love NPR. Do you ever get to where you're going but stay in the car for a while longer having an NPR moment?

I can't have any sound when I'm trying to sleep, not classical or NPR's droning voices. My boyfriend used to leave the radio on at a very low volume and I still couldn't sleep with it on. Needless to say, he doesn't leave it on anymore when we're trying to sleep.

I hear that not shutting off your computer for the night wastes as much electricity as making a coffee for 63 people.

Oh God! I hope not. I read that turning your computer on and off repeatedly really f*&%'s it up after a while. I put mine to sleep. Seems to make more sense to me; we all go to sleep, why not my 2nd brain?

Wow! We're pretty random huh?

Haha, yes. When I get into the car sometimes, I'm sad because I don't get to hear the articles that played before I got into it.

It used to be that I couldn't sleep with people in the room who weren't my family. When my roommate last year stayed up late, I could never fall asleep--I usually went to bed later than her. Now, I'm so tired, I drift off regardless.

xD Ne is random.

lol, @ the "hardware is more reliable" part. On my laptop, right now, I have a damaged drive (just a segment of my hard drive... luckily it's not the one I use often, so it's not a big deal), a power cord where the plastic split and the internal wires are starting to snap, being held together by duct tape, a battery that has ~5 minutes of charge (don't leave your laptop battery in if it's plugged in constantly.... that apparently destroys it), and a broken PCI bus (thing on the motherboard). This is just from 3 years of normal laptop use, and to the best of my knowledge nothing especially traumatizing has happened to it. Luckily it's still under warranty though, so it's no big deal. Just have to go send it in at some point.
