formating off the main message box (not the quick reply one, but the more heavy-duty one) seems to be broken.  It's only the buttons in one subsection, though.... the bold, italics, underlines, subscripts, and superscripts.  All the other buttons seem to work fine.

It might just be on my browser (I'm using chromium, so it's a bit of a weird one), but I sort of doubt it because all the other buttons work right, and the code should be roughly the same for each subsection.
