Jersey's father is an INTJ who grew up 70-ish years ago though. Society was different then, and options for personal growth and interaction with people were different.

Superiority and emotional distance aren't relegated to the computer.... >.> In fact, before much technology was available, it would've been an even more unpleasant attack, and considerably more effective. Fewer distractions.

I must say... and ENFP can NEVER become an INTJ, no matter how hard they try.
Constantly ashamed whenever you feel emotional. Trying to pretend you don't feel bad for the people you are making yourself treat coldly.
Attempting to organize your thoughts logically, and sound like you know what you're talking about (only to have them shot down).
Telling yourself not to run around stupidly just because you are happy...

You can certainly develop your opposite traits, but you cannot change your instinctive inclinations.

I imagine that an INTJ would have trouble if they tried to become and ENFP (not that they ever would). it's a funny thought:
Dancing like a retard IN PUBLIC.
Laughing it off when they lose at something.
Singing loudly, and badly, at passers-by while picking flowers in a park.
Writing letters to people you love about how awesome they are.

Only when drunk. hahahaha
