This is a post for people who want to either become a full EFP or just explore the EFP aspects of their personalities. No sacrifice of previously available behavior patterning is required, in that all changes achieved by this method are reversible. All that is required to reverse changes is to stop practicing the method.

I have traversed the seas of occultism, self-development, hypnotism, NLP, and psychosomatics. The most effective system which I have found for our purpose (although I didn't use it for such, being inherently an IENFTPJ) is The Sedona Method.

The trouble with this system is that most who teach it espouse ridiculous new-age beliefs and shun critical analysis. However, you may choose to ignore these. All that is relevant to our purpose is the simple psychophysiological trick which Sedona advocates call ''releasing''.

This will show anybody their EFP side, or imprint an EFP side if it isn't already there. I do not think that it is capable of reversing N/S preference, though.

How does it work?

Download ''The Sedona Method'' course from somewhere and listen to it. It's very simple, and you can start doing it instantly. If you dislike its effects on you, then you may reverse them by ceasing to use it.

It extroverts attention, familiarises the user with their feelings, and gradually reorients from J to P.

Have fun!

I realize this is a really old post but I was wondering if you would elaborate on what some of the effects of trying to change your type are?
