Extroverted feeling is more affiliation than harmony....relating to others via feeling. They adapt their behavior to maintain peace and respect....but harmony isn't dependent on their own personal values.
My INFJ friend (INFJs having the same order of functions just all the introverted and extrovertedness flipped) put it this way: I'm a Peacekeeper and she's a Referee.
