hi all,
i have a question:
in "Modeling Team Member Characteristics for the Formation of a Multifunctional Team in Concurrent Engineering" by Shi-Jie Chen and Li Lin
i found following relations between different factors

but there is no direct explanation of them so my question is could someone explain them to me or provide some sources where I can find such explanation?
thank you.

So the best working partner for ENFP is... ESTJ! They are both Es (+), opposing on the N/S scale (++), opposing on the F/T scale (+++), and opposing on the P/J scale (++++)!

Ok... i don't know what it means really, sorry. I cannot help you in that department. What type are you? You just joined and i didn't see you introducting yourself. Welcome to the forums!

I would say that it depends on the tasks that need to be accomplished. ESTPs are very useful and AWESOME at sales. ISTJs are great at helping with presentations. Are you digging a ditch or building a network or getting a M&A deal funded?

It looks like opposing on the J/P scale is a bad thing? So I think ESTP would be your ideal.

I have no idea where they're coming from with that, though... and I tend to agree, where it depends on the task that needs to be accomplished. Try to set me to work on an engineering project with an ESFP? No thank you! I'll take an INTJ engineering partner any day
