TUNE! Oh man the pre-sleep overload, am I right in thinking it is thanks to our friend Ne? Heard meditating two or three hours before bed helps....need to get into meditating. Sums up living in my flat at Uni when 'I'm drained'. AHHHHH Geeet a way people xD

YES! I am totally with you on the "I'm drained, go away and stop talking to me." I've had to spell out to certain family members that I do not want them to talk to me or knock on my door after 9pm. I really need to unwind in order to be able to sleep. Being alone helps, as does reading. Actually, on second thought, it isn't so much about being alone as it is being uninterrupted and not having to wake up that "interacting with people" light that automatically lights up, winds up and energizes you when someone starts to interact with you....even if you don't want to.

YESSSSSSS! Goddamn being drawn into conversations hehehe It's pretty much irresistible! If someone wants to talk to me, I have the hardest time not engaging with them and giving them energetic facial expressions and dramatic exclamations.

I can't do any work in my flat, I can ignore my flatmate for no more than 10 mins before he hits lucky and drags me into a conversation and I loose my train of thought. A spot of Pearl Jam education!

[Cracks me up to see Bo Burnham here since he was a classmate and friend of my son.
