3:52 AM, not sleepy - not seeing any interesting new episodes of any of the programs I watch - nothing on Netflix - no new books to read - this does not look promising.

Let this be a place to share tv and other entertainment you like, to keep people from  being bored (not that there might not be another topic for that somewhere - this one now overrides that one!)

A couple of nights ago, I went through all 3 seasons of Torchwood in the space of two days, while working on a project of mine (the tests I was running were very time consuming so I watched tv while they ran )

Torchwood is a moderately interesting British show about an organization that deals with extra-terrestrials and extra-terrestrial artifacts. The head of the group is what I suppose is an attractive looking guy, who is apparently bisexual. I saw way more guy on guy kissing than guy to girl in that show. I'd say that show is decent sci-fi, and it has reasonably high ratings so a lot of people like it.

Doctor Who... tried randomly watching season 3 episode 1. I'm sorry - it almost seemed as bad as power rangers to me.

Nostalgia:

Highlander - A four hundred year old immortal who has experienced a lot in his long life, a general do-gooder, who usually ends up killing another immortal every episode, whether or not they're all that evil

"He Cannot Die, Unless You Take His Head, and With it, His Power. In the End, There Can Be Only One".

Despite my questionable description - its a good show, although I'd just skip over the whole first season myself.

Crossbow: You can find it on youtube now if you search William Tell Crossbow.

Medieval crossbow wielding hero fighting on the side of right against oppressive lords. The series starts with him being forced to prove his skill to a lord by shooting an apple placed above his son's head. I remember really enjoying this show as a kid. Still seems like an interesting, if somewhat old show now.

Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex - cerebral sci-fi... The series is on netflix, and should at least be watched by all INTJs.

You have nothing on Netflix??

I don't watch  much tv, but this keeps me entertained sometimes: www.playauditorium.com

Download and watch 'Glee'...you know you want to

I like the British version of 'The Office' better.

Rather, I've gone through most of the stuff that interested me on Netflix, and now none of the stuff that I have in my Instant Queue (or that's showing up on the home page), is interesting enough for me to bother watching it.

I tried watching The Office once. It didn't really appeal to me. I like Better Off Ted, for a show about people in an office

Never saw that, why is it >'The Office'? Something about the British version seems funnier tho, maybe it's the accents

I'm surprised more ENFP's haven't added things..and that your Netflix list doesn't seem longer. If you haven't already done so, you could try other genres..such as romantic comedy

Ok, so...some movies for when I'm bored.

Movies that made me think/challenge/inspire me:
any war movie
almost any period piece
Requiem for a Dream
Old Boy (actually, I'm really curious what an INTJ would think of this - can I ask you to watch/review it? everyone else too, please!)
Dark City

25th Hour
La Vie en Rose
Let the Right One In
Boy in the Striped Pajamas
Amelie
Paris, Je T'aime
Pan's Labyrinth
Cinema Paradiso
Gone With the Wind
Across the Universe

Want to watch:
Band of Brothers
